Construction contract is the key point of project management,which is the main line surrounded by various departments of project management and the link between Party A and Party B,thus showing the importance of construction contract.This paper analyzes the current situation of construction contract,such as who compiles the terms of construction contract and selects the version of construction contract.Combined with cases,this paper analyzes the compilation process of key special clauses in the construction contract(model text)(GF-2017-0201).In view of the difficult problem of engineering change handling,this paper takes the unbalanced quotation factor into account,which makes the engineering change handling more fair and reasonable and more operable.Construction contract is the soul of project management.In order to prepare a good construction contract,the author must understand the project construction and master the project cost,as well as have some engineering field experience and legal knowledge,and learn from other people's construction contracts.If the construction contract of the construction project is perfect,all kinds of disputes between Party A and Party B will be greatly reduced.It can also ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the interests of both the contractor and the employer,realize the investment benefit of the project.
