响应曲面法优化栀子活性成分的提取工艺 被引量:7

Optimization of extraction process of gardenia active ingredients by Response surface methodology

摘要 目的筛选优化栀子提取条件,得出最佳提取工艺,提高栀子的提取效率。方法采用连续回流法提取栀子中的有效成分,通过单因素试验考察提取时间、乙醇浓度以及提取温度对栀子提取物中总栀子苷和总西红花苷含量的影响。在单因素试验的基础上结合实际生产选择因素水平,利用Design-export 8.0.6软件进行中心复合试验设计与数据分析。结果得到最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度75%,提取时间180 min,提取温度100℃,在此条件下综合评分为9.87。结论在最佳工艺下,栀子的提取效率最高,经过验证该方法准确可靠。 OBJECTIVE To screen and optimize the extraction conditions of gardenias, get the best extraction process, and improve the extraction efficiency of gardenias.METHODS The continuous reflux method was used to extract the active ingredients from gardenia.The effects of extraction time, ethanol concentration, and extraction temperature on the content of total geniposide and total crocin in the gardenia extract were investigated by a single factor test.Based on the single factor test and combined with the actual production selection factor level, Design-export 8.0.6 software was used for central composite test design and data analysis.RESULTS The best technological conditions were 75% ethanol concentration, 180 min extraction time and 100℃ extraction temperature.Under this condition, the comprehensive score was 9.87.CONCLUSION Under the best process, the extraction efficiency of gardenia is the highest, and the method is verified to be accurate and reliable.
