摘要
目的对不同产地延胡索的不同部位(块茎、茎、叶)中7种生物碱类成分(原阿片碱、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱、脱氢紫堇碱、延胡索乙素、延胡索甲素)进行测定与分析评价,为延胡索药材的综合利用提供思路。方法采用HPLC法测定5个产区延胡索药材块茎、茎、叶中7种生物碱的含量,并结合SPSS统计软件对数据进行聚类分析。结果 7种生物碱成分在3个部位均有检出,但含量各不相同,其中,生物碱的总量为块茎>叶>茎,延胡索块茎和叶片中脱氢紫堇碱的含量较高,而延胡索茎中原阿片碱与延胡索甲素的含量较高。聚类分析将15个样本分为3类,其中,块茎单独聚为一类,茎与叶存在交叉现象。结论延胡索药材地上部分茎和叶中同样含有较高水平的生物碱成分,可被进一步开发利用。
OBJECTIVE To determine, analyze and evaluate the 7 alkaloids in tubers, stems and leaves of Corydalis yanhusuo from different producing areas, including protopine, coptisine hydrochloride, palmatine chloride, berberine, dehydrocorydaline, tetrahydropalmatine and corydaline and in order to provide ideas for the comprehensive utilization of C.yanhusuo.METHODS The content of 7 alkaloids in rhizome, stem and leaf of C.yanhusuo from 5 producing areas was determined by HPLC,and the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software.RESULTS 7 kinds of alkaloids were detected in three parts, but their content was different.The total amount of alkaloids was tuber > leaf > stem.The content of dehydrocorydaline was higher in tubers and leaves of C.yanhusuo,while the content of protopine and corydaline was higher in stems.15 samples were divided into three groups by cluster analysis, among which tubers were clustered into a single group and there was a cross phenomenon between stems and leaves.CONCLUSION There are also high levels of alkaloids in the stems and leaves of C.yanhusuo,which can be further developed and utilized.
