成都市龙泉驿区的中药资源现状调查

Investigation on the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Longquanyi District of Chengdu City

目的对成都市龙泉驿区进行全国第四次中药资源普查,调查并统计该区药用植物的种类、分布、药用和栽培情况等,为该区中药资源的合理开发利用和保护提供依据。方法在龙泉驿区野外实地进行36个样地,180个样方套,1080个样方的药用植物调查与统计,采集制作龙泉驿区药用植物的腊叶标本,走访龙泉驿区乡镇卫生院、中医诊所、药农、中医、民间医生和药用植物种植基地等,进行中医药传统知识调查,对当地野生和栽培药用植物的种类、数量及其分布进行考察并记录。结果调查统计分析结果表明:龙泉驿区药用植物有95科,272属和333种。其中,涉及到的重点药用植物品种有43种,当地的药用植物主要有夏枯草、藿香、隔山消、鸡矢藤、蕺菜、艾、女贞、半枝莲、威灵仙和平车前等。当地药用植物人工栽培情况非常少见,多为野生。结论通过对成都市龙泉驿区进行全国第四次中药资源普查,该区的中草药野生资源较为丰富,可为龙泉驿区中药资源的开发利用和保护提供依据。

OBJECTIVE In order to provide the basis for the future development and protection of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) resources in Longquanyi District, learning and investigating the types, distribution, pharmacology and cultivation of TCM resources in Longquanyi District through the fourth national survey of TCM resources.METHODS Through the field investigation and statistics of medicinal plants in 36 sample plots, 180 sample sets and 1080 sample plots, the wax leaf specimens of medicinal plants in Longquanyi District were collected and made.The traditional knowledge investigation was carried out by visiting township hospitals, TCM clinics, investigation pharmacists, traditional Chinese medicine, folk doctors and medicinal plant planting. The quantity, types, distribution and cultivation of the local medicinal plants were observed and recorded.The artificial cultivation of local medicinal plants was very rare, and most of them were wild.RESULTS There were 95 families, 272 genera and 333 species of wild medicinal plants in Longquanyi District, including 43 species of national key medicinal plants.The types of medicinal plants in local area were mainly consist of Prunella vulgaris L,Agastache rugosa,Cynanchum wilfordii,Paederia foetida,Houttuynia cordata,Artemisia argyi,Ligustrum lucidum,Scutellaria barbata,Clematis chinensis and Plantago depressa.CONCLUSION The survey of the fourth national survey of TCM resources shows that there are abundant TCM resources in Longquan mountain. This paper provides basic data for the future development and utilization of TCM resources in Longquanyi District.
