不同光质条件下紫色芹菜花青素响应机理分析 被引量:7

Response Mechanism Analysis of Anthocyanin in Purple Celery under Light Quality Condition

摘要 光质是影响植物花青素合成的重要环境因子,为了分析光质对紫色芹菜中花青素积累及其合成基因的响应机理,以紫色芹菜为材料,测定了不同光质处理紫色芹菜叶柄花青素含量,并利用实时荧光定量PCR方法测定了9个花青素合成相关基因在叶柄中的表达水平。研究结果表明,蓝光处理下芹菜叶柄的花青素含量是对照的1.23倍。AgPAL、AgC4H、AgCHS、AgCHI、AgF3H、AgF3’H、AgDFR、AgANS和Ag3GT等基因在蓝光条件下表达量均显著高于其他光质条件,这些基因的表达与叶柄花青素含量的变化相似且高度正相关。本研究结果为后续在设施条件下生产并开发富含花青素的紫色芹菜提供理论参考。 Light quality is an important environmental factor that affects the synthesis of plant anthocyanins. In order to analyze the influence of light quality on anthocyanin accumulation and synthetic genes in purple celery.Purple celery was used as materials, the petiole anthocyanin content was determined under different light quality condition and the expression levels of 9 anthocyanin biosynthesis related genes in petiole were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method. The results showed that the anthocyanin contents of purple celery petiole under blue light quality treatment was significantly higher than that of the control(Fluorescent lamp treatment), and its content was 1.23 times that of the control. The RT-qPCR and correlation analysis results showed that the AgPAL, AgC4H, AgCHS, AgCHI, AgF3H, AgF3’H, AgDFR, AgANS and Ag3GT expression levels of anthocyanin biosynthesis related genes under blue light conditions were significantly higher than other light quality conditions,and the expression of these genes were similar and high-positively correlated with the changes of anthocyanin content. This study provides a theoretical reference for the production and development of rich-anthocyanins purple celery under facility conditions in the future.
