油菜新品种‘沪油3302’的适宜密度分析 被引量:1

摘要 为选育株型紧凑且高产的油菜新品种,本研究以甘蓝型油菜显性核不育纯合两型系‘4166AB’、临保系‘LB4155’和恢复系‘HF08’为亲本材料,通过有性杂交结合定向筛选,获得株型紧凑、产量较高的甘蓝型油菜新品种‘沪油3302’。为探讨不同种植密度对新品种‘沪油3302’关键生物学指标的影响,以‘沪油3302’为材料,设置5个种植密度,分析其对‘沪油3302’的单株角果数、产量等指标的影响。结果表明,随种植密度增加,‘沪油3302’的单株角果数、单株籽粒产量和生物产量降低,而单位面积产量先增后降,并在21.3×10^(4)株/hm^(2)和26.7×10^(4)株/hm^(2)密度下,实收产量分别达3 236.5 kg/hm^(2)和3 240.4 kg/hm^(2),比其他密度约增产250~530 kg/hm^(2)。因此,认为‘沪油3302’的适宜种植密度为每公顷21.3×10^(4)~26.7×10^(4)株。 To breed new rapeseed with compact plant-type and high yield. The study selected the homozygous two-type line ’4166 AB’, temporary maintainer line ’LB4155’ and dominant restorer line ’HF08’ as parents. A new variety ’Huyou3302’ with compact plant-type and high yield was obtained through hybridization combined with directional selection. To explore the effect of plant density on the key biological indicators of ’Huyou3302’, the response of effective pod number per plant, seed yield and other indicators were studied using ’Huyou3302’ with five plant densities. The result showed that the effective pod number per plant, seed yield and biological yield of per plant were decreased with the increase of plant density, but the yield was first increase and then decrease.The average yields of ’Huyou3302’ reaching at 3 236.5 and 3 240.4 kg/hm^(2) under 21.3 ×10^(4) and 26.7 ×10^(4) plants/hm^(2), respectively. Which increased more than 250~530 kg/hm^(2) compared with other plants densities.Therefore, considering the planting density of 21.3 ×10^(4)~26.7×10^(4) plants/hm^(2) is reasonable to cultivated rapeseed’Huyou3302’.
