摘要
为了提高湖羊的泌乳性能,给湖羊导入东弗里升羊血统,提高湖羊的泌乳量,试验对比了东湖杂交F1代(F1组)与纯种湖羊(T组)的泌乳量、带单羔与双羔对泌乳量的影响、乳成分变化及催乳素与泌乳量的关联性。结果表明:东湖杂交F1代的第7~56天总泌乳量显著高于湖羊(P<0.05);F1组带单羔母羊泌乳量比带双羔多,分别为44.67,39.48 kg,但差异不显著(P>0.05);T组带双羔的母羊泌乳量比带单羔多,分别为32.54,30.63 kg,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。催乳素含量与泌乳量呈弱相关性。两个组除乳脂肪含量差异不显著(P>0.05)外,第7~56天乳蛋白、全固形物含量均差异显著(P<0.05),乳糖含量差异极显著(P<0.01)。说明通过湖羊与东弗里升羊杂交,能够提高湖羊的泌乳量。
In order to improve the lactation performance of Hu sheep, Hu sheep was introduced East Friesian sheep lineage to increase the lactation yield of Hu sheep. In the experiment, the lactation yield of East Friesian×Hu crossbred sheep F1 generation(F1 group) and purebred Hu sheep(T group), the influence of single-lamb and double-lamb on milk production, milk composition change and the relevance of milk quality and prolactin to lactation yield were compared. The results showed that the total milk yield of East Friesian×Hu crossbred sheep F1 generation was significantly higher than that of Hu sheep(P<0.05) from 7 to 56 days. The milk yield of ewes with single-lamb was more than that of ewes with double-lambs in F1 group. They were 44.67 kg and 39.48 kg, respectively, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). The milk yield of ewes with double-lambs was more than that of ewes with single-lamb in T group. They were 32.54 kg and 30.63 kg, respectively, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). There was a week correlation between prolactin content and lactation yield. There were no significant differences in milk fat content between the two groups(P>0.05), but there were significant difference in milk protein and total solid contents between the two groups on days 7 to 56(P<0.05), and a particularly significant difference in lactose content(P<0.01). The results indicated that the lactation yield of Hu sheep could be improved by crossbreeding with East Friesian.
