3种冰草幼苗期耐盐性鉴定

Identification of salt-tolerance of three species of wheatgrass in seedling stage

摘要 为了比较分析3种冰草幼苗期的耐盐情况,试验采用盆栽幼苗培育方法进行了NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4)复盐溶液(0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%)胁迫,盐胁迫12 d后测定丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白(SP)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,运用相关性分析、主成分分析及模糊数学隶属函数法综合评价冰草幼苗期的耐盐性。结果表明:随盐胁迫加剧,3种冰草幼苗的MDA、Pro和SP含量均呈现上升趋势,而保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)则表现为先升后降的变化趋势。冰草耐盐能力依次为中间冰草>蒙农杂种冰草>扁穗冰草。说明中间冰草的耐盐性最强。 In order to compare and analyze the salt-tolerance of three species of wheatgrass in seedling stage, the stress experiment of NaCl and Na_(2)SO_(4) double salt solutions(0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2%, 1.5%) were carried out by potted seedling cultivation method. After 12 days of salt stress, the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA), proline(Pro), and soluble protein(SP) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) were measured. Correlation analysis, principal component analysis and membership function method were used to comprehensively evaluate the salt-tolerance of wheatgrass species in seedling stage. The results showed that with the increase of salt stress, the contents of MDA, Pro and SP all showed an increasing trend, while the activities of protective enzymes(SOD, POD, CAT) showed the change of first rising and then falling. The order of salt tolerance of wheatgrass species was: Agropyron intermedium(Host) Nevski > Agropyron cristatum×Agropyron desertorum cv. ‘Hycrest-Mengnong’ > Agropyron cristatum(L.) Gaertn. It indicated that Agropyron intermedium(Host) Nevski intermedius had the strongest salt-tolerance.
