摘要
为探究吉林地区梅花鹿鲜茸重与茸尺性状的关系,试验以吉林省鹿茸主产区采集的872支标准形态梅花鹿鹿茸为研究对象,对二杠茸和三杈茸的鲜茸重(Y)及茸尺性状指标[主干长度(X1)、主干围度(X2)、眉枝长度(X3)、眉枝围度(X4)、嘴头长度(X5)、嘴头围度(X6)、眉二间距(X7)和中枝长度(X8)]进行测量,并对所得数据进行偏相关分析、主成分分析和回归分析。结果表明:两种茸型左右枝鲜茸重及茸尺性状差异不显著(P>0.05),对称性较高。二杠茸中,主干长度与鲜茸重呈极显著相关(P<0.01);第一、二主成分是对主干部分的综合反映,且左右两侧贡献率结果相近,组成成分相似。三杈茸中,主干围度与鲜茸重呈极显著相关(P<0.01);第一、二主成分是对主干部分的综合反映,第三主成分是对分枝部分的反映。通过回归分析,建立二杠茸和三杈茸左右两侧共4个鲜茸重估测模型,即Y2L=-1.641+0.028X1+0.051X2+0.018X3+0.014X4+0.027X6,Y2R=-1.619+0.033X1+0.033X2+0.008X3+0.045X4-0.008X5+0.0318X6,Y3L=-3.793+0.034X1+0.132X2+0.014X3+0.074X4+0.030X6,Y3R=-3.686+0.022X1+0.089X2+0.112X4+0.034X6+0.019X7+0.035X8。经检验4个模型偏回归系数和复相关系数显著(P<0.05),模型可靠性较高。
In order to explore the relationship between fresh antler weight and antler size traits of sika deer in Jilin Province, in this study, 872 standard sika deer antlers were obtained from main producing areas in Jilin Province as the research objects. The weight and antler size traits [beam length(X1)、beam circumference(X2)、brow tine length(X3) 、brow tine circumference(X4)、 royal tines length(X5)、 royal tines circumference(X6)、length between brow tine and trez tine(X7) and trez tine length(X8)]were measured with carrying out partial correlation analysis, principal component analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that there was no significant difference in fresh antler weight and antler size between the two antler types(P>0.05),and the symmetry was higher.The length of beam in two-branched antlers was strongly correlated with the weight of fresh antler(P<0.01). The first and second principal components were the composite reflection of the main portion. The results of left and right sides were similar, and the components are uniform, showing high symmetry. The circumference of the beam was significantly correlated with the weight of the fresh antler in the three-branched antler(P<0.01). The first and second principal components were the composite reflection of the main portion, and the third principal component was a reflection of the branched portion. By regression analysis, four models were established to estimate the weight of two and three-branched antlers: Y2L=-1.641+0.028X1+0.051X2+0.018X3+0.014X4+0.027X6,Y2R=-1.619+0.033X1+0.033X2+0.008X3+0.045X4-0.008X5+0.0318X6,Y3L=-3.793+0.034X1+0.132X2+0.014X3+0.074X4+0.030X6,Y3R=-3.686+0.022X1+0.089X2+0.112X4+0.034X6+0.019X7+0.035X8.The partial regression coefficient and complex correlation coefficient of the four models were outstanding after inspection(P<0.05),and the reliability of the models was higer.
