基于平板叶栅的颤振关键参数研究

摘要 颤振是航空发动机和燃气轮机运行安全的重要威胁,判断颤振发生的传统经验法已经不再完全适用于新一代高负荷定制叶片,而大规模的三维非定常颤振计算在设计阶段难以实现。因此,为了给设计阶段提供参考,与叶片颤振特性相关的关键参数研究必不可少。本文基于二维平板叶栅,对折合频率、安装角、攻角、振动模态(平动和扭转)等影响颤振的关键参数开展了研究,旨在总结颤振稳定性随关键参数的变化趋势,为可能出现颤振风险部件的设计提供参考。 Flutter is a serious threat to the operational safety of aero-engines and gas turbines.The traditional empirical method of judging the occurrence of flutter is no longer fully applicable to the new generation of high loading modern designed blades,and large-scale three-dimensional unsteady flutter calculations are difficult to achieve in the design stage.Therefore,in order to provide a reference for the design stage,research on key parameters related to blade flutter characteristics is indispensable.Based on the two-dimensional flat blade cascade,this paper has carried out research on the key parameters affecting flutter,such as reduced frequency,stagger angle,incidence,and modes of vibration(translation and torsion),etc.The aim is to summarize the development trend of flutter stability with changes in key parameters,and provide a reference for the design of components that may have flutter risk.
