摘要
缺氧诱导因子2(HIF-2)是细胞为了适应缺氧环境而产生的一种调控因子,能与相应的靶基因结合,调控细胞的生长增殖、能量代谢及血管生成等活动,且在肿瘤的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。基于此,提示HIF-2有望成为妇科恶性肿瘤诊断、治疗和疗效评估的新靶点。本文对HIF-2的结构、功能及在妇科恶性肿瘤中表达的研究进展进行综述。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-2( HIF-2) is a kind of regulatory factors produced by cells to adapt to hypoxia environment. It can bind to the corresponding target genes and participate in angiogenesis,energy metabolism,growth and proliferation of cells. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. Based on this,it is suggested that HIF-2 is expected to become a new target for the diagnosis,treatment and efficacy evaluation of gynecological malignancies. This article reviews the structure function,expression of HIF-2 in gynecological tumors.
