新文科下本科高校双师型师资队伍建设——以泉州师范学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着新时代的到来,要求应用型本科高校在新文科背景下大力培养高水平的复合型、应用型人才,可见应用型本科高校双师型师资队伍建设有着极端的重要性。文章阐述了应用型本科高校双师型师资队伍建设的必要性,以泉州师范学院为例,分析应用型本科高校存在双师型师资队伍结构合理不够、兼职教师发挥作用有限、教学实践能力不足、教师积极性不高、校企合作协同育人不够等问题,并从政府、高校、企业、教师等四个层面提出解决问题的措施建议。 In the new era,it is indispensable for application-oriented universities to cultivate high level multi-disciplined and practical talents under the background of New Liberal Arts.It manifests the importance of building teams with dual-qualified teachers for application-oriented universities.Taking Quanzhou Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems for application-oriented universities involving inappropriate team structure,limited functions of part time teachers,insufficient teaching practical abilities,the inactivity of teachers and insufficient cooperative educational functions of school-enterprise cooperation;then points out the necessity for building teams with double qualified teachers for application-oriented universities;finally puts forward suggestions for solving the above-mentioned problems from four aspects including government,universities,enterprises and teachers.
