“一带一路”视域下福建侨批局与山西票号比较探讨

A Comparative Study on Fujian Overseas Chinese Postal Agencies and Shanxi Draft Banks from the Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative

福建侨批局和山西票号都是近代中国重要的民间金融体系,二者的文化背景、企业规模、经济地位等有许多相同之处,都堪称近代金融创新的典范。经比较可以发现,二者在组织结构、客户对象和近代化转型等方面存在明显不同。从活跃范围看,福建侨批局和山西票号同处今天的"一带一路"区域,许多做法和经验,包括政府对市场调控、发挥闽晋商群体作用、推动对外贸易、促进人文交流等,对今天推进"一带一路"建设,促进沿线国家和地区共商、共建、共享仍然具有宝贵的借鉴价值。

Both Fujian Overseas Chinese Postal Agencies and Shanxi Draft Banks are important nongovenrment financial systems in contemporary China.There exist some similarities in cultural background,enterprise scale and economic status.They deserved to be modern pioneers of the financial creation.But their organization structure,target customers and outcome are apparently different from each other.Both Fujian Overseas Chinese Postal Agencies and Shanxi Draft Banks lay in economic zone of the Belt and Road of today and some of their experience,such as strengthening the government’s macro control of the market,playing the role of merchants of Fujian and Shanxi,improving foreign trade,promoting cultural and educational exchanges;and have important reference value for the Belt and Road construction today and consultation,contribution and shared benefits with countries along.
