摘要 癫痫是最常见的神经系统疾病之一,由脑部神经元高度同步化异常放电所致,具有反复性、发作性、短暂性、刻板性的特点,而离子通道在其病因学中起着关键作用。钾离子通道是离子通道家族中最大和结构最多样化的一类,对细胞外和细胞内钾离子的流动进行选择性地调控,进而广泛调节细胞功能。其中,双孔钾离子通道(K2P)是维持细胞静息膜电位的关键因素,直接控制质膜兴奋性,是许多神经保护化合物的最终效应因子。本文总结归纳了K2P与癫痫的关系,以提高对K2P在癫痫发病机制中的理解。 Epilepsy is one of the most common neurological disorder. It is caused by highly synchronized abnormal discharge of neurons in the brain, characterized by repeatability, seizures, transience and rigidity. Ion channels play a key role in its etiology. Potassium channels are the largest and most diverse type of ion channel family. They selectively control the flow of potassium ions in and out of cells and extensively regulate cell functions. Among them, two-pore domain potassium(K2 P) channels are the key factors to maintain cell resting membrane potential, and control the plasma membrane excitability directly. Thus, they are the final effector of many neuroprotective compounds. This article summarizes the relationship between K2P and epilepsy,aiming to improve the understanding of K2P in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.
