摘要
以某型号工控机为实例,分析其壳体的结构特点,确定成型的要求。基于模流分析技术,对塑件进行网格划分,分析浇口匹配性,设计模具的浇注系统和冷却系统。同时,分析注塑成型的充填时间、体积收缩率、翘曲变形、压力、流动前沿温度、气穴和熔接线,表明设计方案的可行性。介绍常用的分型面设计方法,对此模具的分型面、型芯和型腔结构、导向机构进行设计,选择合适的零件材料,介绍模具的工作过程,为其他类似结构的模具设计提供参考和指导。
Taking a certain type of industrial computer as an example,the structural characteristics of its shell were analyzed and the molding requirements were determined.Based on the Moldflow analysis technology,the grid of the plastic part was divided,the matching of the gate was analyzed,the gating system and the cooling system of the mold were designed.At the same time,the filling time,volume shrinkage rate,warpage deformation,pressure,flow front temperature,cavitation and welding line during injection molding were analyzed which showed the feasibility of the design scheme.The commonly used parting surface design methods were introduced.The parting surface,core and cavity structure,guiding mechanism of the mold were designed.The suitable parts materials were selected,and finally the working process of the mold was introduced.Reference and guidance was provided for similar structure mold design.
