碳基-聚偏氟乙烯介电复合材料的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 碳基导电材料填充的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)介电复合材料因其优异的介电性能在介电材料领域具有重要地位。综述炭黑、碳纳米管、石墨烯以及碳纤维等作为碳基导电材料制备PVDF介电复合材料的研究现状,并对复合材料在微电子领域、电气工程领域以及生物医学领域的应用进行总结。 Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)dielectric composites filled with carbon-based conductive materials have an important position in the field of dielectric materials due to their excellent dielectric properties.The research status of PVDF dielectric composites prepared by carbon black,carbon nanotubes,graphene,and carbon nanotubes as carbon-based conductive materials were reviewed.And the application of PVDF dielectric composites in the fields of microelectronics,electrical engineering field and biomedical was summarized.
