摘要
针对海洋网络信息体系中目标数据种类多、实时性高、数据量大、数据特点各异等问题,对海洋目标数据及信息融合技术进行充分研究,提出了一种海洋目标数据通用分布式融合技术。实现了时间、空间和频谱的有效融合,并能够基于海洋目标生成海洋网信体系的统一态势,对船舶等海洋目标实现全生命周期实时监控。在此基础上,文中进一步研究了基于融合数据的船舶分类及行为识别预测,得到了较好的效果,有效地提升了海洋目标识别跟踪能力。
Aiming at the problems of various kinds of target data,high real-time,large amount of data and different characteristics of data in the marine networking information-centric system of systems,the marine target data and information fusion technology is fully studied,and a general distributed fusion technology of marine target data is proposed. It realizes the effective integration of time,space and spectrum,and can generate the unified situation of the marine networking information-centric system of systems based on the ocean target,realizing the real life cycle monitoring of the marine targets such as ships. On this basis,this paper further studies the ship classification and behavior recognition prediction based on fusion data,and obtains better results,which effectively improves the ability of ocean target recognition and tracking.
