好干部必须清正廉洁严以律己——从“清正廉洁”邮票说起

Cadres Must Be Honest and Self-disciplined——From the aspects of the Stamps called"Honesty"

在领导新民主主义革命与社会主义革命、建设和改革的过程中,中国共产党始终高度重视反腐倡廉的作风建设,毛泽东同志在党的七届二中全会所提出的"两个务必"的要求也不断得以贯彻落实。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央从全面从严治党的高度,不断加强党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,反复强调共产党员尤其是领导干部要保持清正廉洁的政治本色。作为"关键少数"的领导干部,能够始终保持清正廉洁的政治本色,这是时代的要求和发展的需要,也是人民的期盼,对推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,都具有不可低估的重大意义。本文试结合中国邮政集团公司所发行的《清正廉洁(一)》等邮票内容,主要从历史的纵向维度探讨论述清正廉洁、严以律己是好干部不可或缺的品德素质。

During the process of leading revolution, construction and reform, China’s Communist Party always attached great importance to the construction of working style. The requirements of the "Two Musts" have been continuously strengthened. The Central Committee of the CPC, with Comrade Xi Jinping being its core, has constantly strengthened the Party’s construction of honest administration and anti-corruption since the eighteen Party Congress, and repeatedly stressed that party members, especially leading cadres, should maintain political nature of integrity. It is of great significance for "the leading cadres;ey minority" to remain honest and safeguard the fundamental interests of overwhelming majority of the people. Likewise it is of vital importance to guide the Chinese people to achieve "two centenary goals" and to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper mainly demonstrates that honesty and self-discipline are the indispensable moral qualities of cadres from the historical vertical dimension, which is based on the contents of the stamps called "honesty" issued by China Post Group Corporation.
