“532”导师带教培训模式的探索与实践

摘要 探索"导师带教"培训模式是吉林省国家级教师协同创新实验基地建设项目中的培训类研究子课题之一,2020年10月松原市教育学院通过国培项目"骨干班主任培养对象班级管理能力提升培训",将课题研究与项目培训有机结合,采用研培结合的方式进行了探索与实践,初步探索出工学矛盾较小,导师学员双受益的"532"导师带教培训模式。走出了一条由实践到理论再到实践的培训路径,使培训对象——班主任的专业技能在短时间内得到了质的飞跃。 Exploring the training mode of"tutor teaching"is one of the training research sub topics in the construction project of Jilin Provincial National Collaborative innovation experimental base for teachers.In October 2020,Songyuan Institute of education adopted the national training project of"improving the class management ability of key class teachers",which organically combines the subject research and project training,Through the exploration and practice of the combination of research and training,the"532"tutor teaching and training mode is preliminarily explored,which has less work study contradiction and benefits both tutors and students.That is to say,through the training of five-day tutor teaching,three-day centralized training and two-day teaching summary,a training path from practice to theory and then to practice has been found out,which makes the professional skills of the head teacher of the training object get a qualitative leap in a short time.
