摘要 《建设工程法规》是具有土木工程类、工程管理类专业建设法规的课程,所以它对工程管理专业的学习具有重要意义。作为工程管理专业的学生,必须掌握工程建设领域方面的法律知识。《建设工程法规》课程,具有很强的应用性,但是在实际教学中,往往因为不能选择适当的案例,导致学生失去学习积极性,所以必须要结合建设法规的特点,制定具体的教学方案。 Course of construction regulations for civil engineering and engineering management, so it is of great significance to the study of engineering management. For students studying engineering management, they must master the legal knowledge in the field of engineering construction. The course of "Construction Engineering Laws and Regulations" has strong applicability, but in practical teaching, students will lose learning enthusiasm because they cannot choose appropriate cases, so they must combine the advantages of construction laws and regulations to formulate specific teaching programs.
