服务于吉林省地方经济发展的应用型人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Applied Talents Serving the Local Economic Development of Jilin Province

吉林省经济发展面临着产业结构调整以及产业结构升级等挑战,而吉林省人才培养模式经过一段时间的改变后,仍存在诸多问题,难以为吉林省经济更好的发展提供人才支撑。本文在分析吉林省培养应用型人才的必要性和现有应用型人才培养模式存在的问题后,针对现有的困境提出相应的建议,以期能够助力吉林省转变现有的应用型人才培养模式,为吉林省经济发展提供人才支撑。

The economic development of Jilin Province is facing challenges such as industrial structure adjustment and industrial structure upgrading.After a period of change,there are still many problems in the talent training mode of Jilin Province,which is difficult to provide talent support for the better economic development of Jilin Province.Therefore,after analyzing the necessity of cultivating applied talents in Jilin Province and the problems existing in the existing applied talent training mode,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the existing difficulties,in order to help Jilin province change the existing applied talent training mode and provide talent support for the economic development of Jilin Province.
