摘要 采用表面探伤检测方法及金相检测技术对某电厂电站锅炉进行内部检验时发现,主蒸汽连接管环焊缝上存在两处微裂纹。通过裂纹产生的部位及多种无算检测技术分析裂纹的特性,并介绍了微裂纹的产生原因和预防措施。 When using surface inspection methods and metallographic inspection technology to conduct internal inspection of a power plant boiler,it was found that there were two micro-cracks on the main steam connecting pipe circumferential weld.The characteristics of the crack were analyzed through the location of the crack and a variety of non-calculated detection techniques,and the causes and preventive measures of the micro-cracks were introduced.
