摘要
通过化学成分、断口分析、数值模拟等手段对某蒸汽凝液管弯头泄漏原因进行了失效分析。结果表明,疏水器下游管道弯头承插焊处管道内壁不光滑,内径存在突变,导致该处介质流速突增,对管壁造成的较大冲刷,最终导致弯头泄漏。
Through chemical composition,fracture analysis,numerical simulation and other methods,the failure analysis of the leakage of a steam condensate pipe elbow was carried out.The results showed that the inner wall of the pipe at the pipe elbow socket welding downstream of the steam trap was not smooth,and there was a sudden change in the inner diameter,which led to a sudden increase in the flow rate at this place,which caused greater erosion on the pipe wall,and finally led to the leakage of the elbow.
