焊缝力学性能对压力容器的安全性有重要影响。对压力容器不锈钢焊缝的结构进行冲击试验,制备不同区域的金相试样,分析焊接热量对焊缝组织性能的影响规律。通过对断口形貌和显微硬度变化特性进行分析,研究焊缝接头的力学特性。

The mechanical properties of welds had a critical impact on the safety of pressure vessels.The impact test was carried out on the structure of the stainless steel weld of the pressure vessel,and the metallographic samples of different areas were prepared,and the law of the influence of the welding heat on the structure and properties of the weld was analyzed.Through the analysis of fracture morphology and microhardness change characteristics,the mechanical properties of weld joints were studied.
