风电机组变流器立式水冷板的设计与仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对兆瓦级风电机组变流器的散热问题,该文通过对变流器中主要热源绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)的传热方式进行分析,设计立式水冷板散热装置,建立散热装置的简化模型,并利用有限元法对其进行传热学仿真分析。仿真结果表明:当热源初始温度设定为86.85℃,循环泵在低功耗下运行,此时流体的入口流速在1~2 m/s之间,热源的最高静温度为34.65℃,总体温度下降52.20℃。 The study was aimed to overcome the problem of heat dissipation of the MW-class wind turbine convertor.In this study the heat sink plate with Vertical water cooling was designed to create a simplified model of the heat sink,the heat transfer mode of the main heat source Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT)in the converter was analyzed by using the finite element method.Simulation results show that when the initial temperature of the heat source set to 86.85℃,the circulation pump operates at low power consumption,and the inlet flow rate of the fluid becomes between 1 m/s and 2 m/s.The maximum static temperature of the heat source is 34.65℃ and the overall temperature drops by 52.20℃.
