“奋斗幸福观”融入“双区”年轻妇女发展的现实策略

The Realistic Strategy of Integrating the “Struggle Happiness Concept” into the Development of Young Women in the “Dual Zone”

"双区"建设中年轻妇女撑起半边天,年轻妇女在家庭和职场发展中均具有特殊性。"奋斗幸福观"融入"双区"年轻妇女发展是时代发展机遇应有之义,是妇女发展的历史选择和全面实现小康社会的内在诉求。"奋斗享乐观""奋斗无用观"和"奋斗辛苦观"等负面价值观严重影响"奋斗幸福观"融入"双区"年轻妇女发展,为更好地实现"双区"年轻妇女在奋斗中拥有更多幸福感,本文基于"奋斗幸福观"的积极心理学理念,从基础层面、进阶层面、高级层面提出终身学习和开拓国际视野、女性社会组织"她力量"这三方面建议。

In the construction of"dual zone", young women hold up half of the sky. The development of young women has its particularity in family and workplace. The integration of the concept of"struggle and happiness"into the development of young women in the" dual zone"is the due meaning of the development opportunity of the times, the historical choice of women’s development and the internal demand of realizing a well-off society in an all-round way. The negative values such as"struggle for optimism","struggle for Uselessness"and"struggle for hard work"seriously affect the integration of"struggle for happiness"into the development of"dual zone"young women. In order to better realize the struggle of"dual zone"young women to have more happiness. This paper is based on the positive psychological concept of"struggle for happiness", from the basic level, advanced level and advanced level, this paper puts forward three suggestions: lifelong learning, broadening international vision and"other power"of women’s social organizations.
