An Analysis of the Influence of Chinese Multinational Enterprises on the Development of Human Rights——Take the“Belt and Road”as an Example

随着"一带一路"的纵深发展,中国与沿线国家的融合越来越深,在不断带动当地经济发展的同时,更改变了人权发展的状况。跨国企业作为排头兵,在"一带一路"建设中担任着重要角色,在拉动就业,完善基础设施,改善当地人民生活条件,促进人权发展的同时,也在劳工、自然环境和腐败等方面提出了严峻挑战,如何平衡工商业与人权发展,打造繁荣、绿色、廉洁的"一带一路",建立全球人权治理体系,将对"一带一路"共商、共建、共享的发展理念注入新的意义。

With the deep development of"the Belt and Road",the integration of China and the countries along the line has become deeper and deeper,which has continuously driven the development of the local economy and changed the status of human rights development.As a vanguard,multinational corporations play an important role in the construction of"the Belt and Road".While stimulating employment,improving infrastructure,improving the living conditions of local people,and promoting the development of human rights,they also pose serious challenges in labor,the natural environment and corruption.How to balance the development of industry and commerce and human rights,create a prosperous,green and clean belt,and establish a global human rights governance system,which will inject new meaning into the development concept of"One Industry,One Industry,One Construction,and Sharing".
