失地农民的可持续性生计问题分析

Analysis on the Sustainable Livelihoods of Land Lost Peasants

21世纪以来,中国城市化水平不断提高,大量的农业用地被征用、改造为城市用地,与此同时,我国涌现大规模的失地农民群体。该群体,一方面,由于丧失了土地而失去了可持续的生计资本;另一方面,由于不适应城市的用工需求和文化环境,而难以找到新的工作,失去了可持续的生计活动。本文在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,简要描述了当前我国失地农民群体的就业现状和生计现状,并分析了影响失地农民生计可持续的几个关键因素。根据可持续生计框架的理论核心并加以应用,结合当下我国失地农民群体的实际情况,提出了加强和保障失地农民生计可持续性的几点建议。

Since the twenty-first century,the urbanization level of China has been improved,a large number of agricultural land has been taken and transformed into urban land.Followed by the emergence of a large number of landless farmers in China.This group,on the one hand because of the loss of land and losing the sustainable livelihoods capital;on the other hand,the migrant workers can not meet the employment needs of the city and cultural environment,so it is difficult for then to find a new job and losing the sustainable livelihood activities.On the basis of consulting related literature,this paper briefly describes the current situation of employment and livelihood of landless farmers in China,and analyzes some key factors that affect the sustainable livelihoods of landless peasants.Finally,based on the application of the theory of the sustainable livelihood framework,and combined with the actual situation of landless peasants in China,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to protect and strengthen the livelihood of landless peasants.
