面向新文科建设的高校图书馆智库式服务研究

Research on University Libraries'Think Tank Service Aiming at the Construction of New Liberal Arts

[目的/意义]新文科建设是我国近两年提出的高等教育发展新要求,如何通过服务创新来应对高校新文科建设的新需要,是高校图书馆需要面对的新课题。[方法/过程]本文提出智库式服务的概念,构建面向新文科建设的智库式服务模式。该模式以学术成果为基础,辅以学科评估和学位授予情况、学科建设相关政策等信息,从时间和学科属性两个维度,分析高校的学科建设总体情况、学科建设重点和学科交叉性,并提出新文科建设对策建议,为高校新文科建设提供决策参考。同时,以某一流大学建设高校为例进行实践探索,验证了其可行性和合理性。[结果/结论]通过针对新文科建设的智库式服务及实践探索,发现图书馆提供的这种新服务具有较高的现实价值,可以协助高校进行新文科建设方面的决策,也为图书情报界开展类似的服务工作提供了借鉴。

[Purpose/Significance]The construction of new liberal arts is a new requirement for the development of higher education that be put forward in the past two years in China.It is a new topic for university libraries that how to meet the new need of constructing new liberal arts in universities through service innovation.[Method/Process]This paper proposed a concept of think tank service,and established a think tank service model for the construction of new liberal arts.This model took academic achievements as the basic data,supplemented by the information of subject evaluation,degree award and subject construction related policies.It analyzed the overall situation and emphasis of discipline construction,and interdisciplinary from two dimensions of times and discipline attributes.Thus countermeasures and suggestions of the construction of new liberal arts were proposed to provide decision-making references for the construction of new liberal arts in universities.At the same time,a practical exploration with one university in Chinese first-class university construction plan was taken as an example to verify its feasibility and rationality.[Result/Conclusion]Through the exploration of think tank service and practice for the construction of new liberal arts,we found that this new service provided by library has high practical value,which can assist universities to make decisions on the construction of new liberal arts,and also can provide reference for libraries and information institutes to carry out similar services.
