考虑合作对象差异的科研产出多元聚合测度指标构建研究

Research on the Construction of Multi-aggregate Scientific Research Output Measurement Indicators Considering the Difference of Collaborators

[目的/意义]针对科研合作中存在的合作对象科研水平差异和贡献差异问题,构建考虑差异性的科研产出多元聚合测度指标。[方法/过程]以30所材料科学与工程“双一流”建设学科高校为研究对象,建立科研合作网络。分别从科学计量视角、复杂网络视角和差异性视角,选择与科研产出指标强正相关的科研合作能力指标,构建科研产出多元聚合测度指标并检验其有效性。[结果/结论]研究表明,并非所有科研合作能力指标都与科研产出指标存在正相关性;从差异性视角提出的两个科研合作能力指标与科研产出指标存在显著的强正相关性;研究构建的多元聚合测度指标更能够刻画机构的科研产出水平。本文能够丰富科研合作网络的研究内容,为机构科学选择科研合作对象,有效提高科研产出提供有益的理论支持和实践指导。

[Purpose/Significance]Aiming at the differences in collaborators'scientific research level and contribution,multi-aggregated measurement indicators of scientific research output considering the differences are constructed.[Method/Process]Thirty Materials Science and Engineering“Double First-class”Construction universities were chosen to establish the scientific research collaboration network.From the perspectives of scientometrics,complex network and differences,scientific research cooperation ability indicators with high positive correlation to scientific research output were selected to construct the multi-aggregated measurement indicators of scientific research output.And the validity of the multi-aggregated measurement indicators was examined.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that not all scientific research cooperation ability indicators were positively correlated with scientific research output.There was a significant positive correlation between scientific research output and scientific research cooperation ability indicators proposed from the perspective of difference.The multi-aggregated measurement indicators can better describe the scientific research output.This article can enrich the study of scientific research cooperation network,provide useful theoretical support and practical guidance for the selection of collaborators and the improvement of scientific research output.
