后疫情时代高校应急教育的挑战与重塑 被引量:3

摘要 高校是国家应急治理体系的重要组成部分,高校通过开展应急教育以保障师生生命健康和校园安全。“十三五”规划以来,高校应急教育呈现出常态化、实践化和网络化的发展态势。后疫情时代对高校应急教育内容整合、教育模式调整、价值观重塑以及师生的责任担当均提出了挑战,高校应急教育应从引领应急学科发展、实现应急教育协同、强化应急思想教育及营造应急文化氛围入手,实现现有应急教育体系的重塑与升级。 Colleges and universities are an important part of the national emergency management system.Colleges and universities carry out emergency education to ensure the life and health of teachers and students and campus safety.Since the 13th five-years plan,emergency education in colleges and universities has made great progress,indicating the development trend of normalization,practice and network.The post epidemic era has challenged the integration of emergency education content,the adjustment of education mode and the reshaping of values and the responsibility of college teachers and students.Hence emergency education in colleges and universities should take the lead in the development of emergency discipline,realize the coordination of emergency education,strengthen emergency ideological education and create an emergency cultural atmosphere so as to reconstruct and upgrade the existing emergency education system.
