摘要
综述国内外抗阻力运动在妊娠期糖尿病病人中的应用现状,分析现阶段面临的问题,为妊娠期糖尿病病人制订个性化抗阻运动方案提供借鉴。
This paper reviewed the application status quo of resistance exercise in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in China and abroad,analyzed the current problems,and provided reference for the development of personalized resistance exercise programs in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
