钢桁腹混凝土组合梁试验与承载力设计方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 设计制作两片相同的钢桁腹混凝土组合梁进行静力加载试验,研究其在对称荷载作用下的受力性能;利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立与试验梁相同的有限元分析模型,对其受力性能进行分析;根据钢桁腹混凝土组合梁的破坏模式,提出不同破坏模式下承载力的计算公式,并与试验结果、有限元分析结果进行对比,验证公式的准确性。结果表明:钢桁腹杆与混凝土顶底板协同工作,整体性能良好且具有较好的延性。钢桁腹混凝土组合梁在试验过程中未出现腹杆屈曲破坏及节点的剪切破坏,表现出良好的剪切屈曲稳定性。本文提出的钢桁腹混凝土组合梁承载力计算方法简单可靠。 Two steel truss web concrete composite girders with the same size were designed and manufactured,and their static loading tests were carried out to study their mechanical behaviors under symmetrical load.The same finite element analysis model as the test girder was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS to analyze its mechanical behavior.According to the failure modes of steel truss web concrete composite girders,the calculation formulas of bearing capacity under different failure modes were proposed,and compared with the test results and finite element analysis results to verify the accuracy of the formulas.The results show that the steel truss web member works together with the concrete top and bottom plates,and the overall performance is good and has good ductility.Steel truss web concrete composite girders show good shear buckling stability without web member buckling failure and joint shear failure.The calculation method of bearing capacity of steel truss web concrete composite girder proposed in this paper is simple and reliable.
