京张高速铁路清华园隧道大直径泥水盾构掘进参数统计分析 被引量:5

摘要 为研究大直径盾构隧道掘进参数的变化规律及相关性,依托北京—张家口高速铁路清华园隧道3^(#)-2^(#)盾构区间工程实测数据,对盾构掘进过程中盾构机的泥水压力、推力、刀盘扭矩、掘进速度及注浆参数进行统计分析。结果表明:盾构机从浅层始发到隧道设计埋深的掘进过程中,泥水压力、推力及掘进速度均急速增加;盾构机在隧道设计埋深位置正常掘进过程中,推力、掘进速度及注浆参数均平稳波动变化;盾构机泥水压力的频数呈双峰正态分布,推力与掘进速度的频数均呈单峰正态分布;盾构机的泥水压力与刀盘扭矩之间,二次注浆压力与二次注浆体积之间均表现出强相关性;盾构机的泥水压力与推力、二次注浆压力、二次注浆体积之间,推力与刀盘扭矩之间均表现出中等相关性。 In order to explore the change rule and correlation of tunneling parameters during the construction of large-diameter shield tunnel,based on the measured data of Tsinghuayuan Tunnel 3^(#)-2^(#)shield section of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high speed railway,the slurry pressure,thrust,cutter head torque,tunneling speed and grouting parameters of shield machine during shield tunneling process were statistically analyzed.The results show that the slurry pressure,thrust and tunneling speed of the shield machine increase rapidly from the shallow starting to the designed buried depth of the tunnel.During the normal tunneling process of the shield machine at the designed buried depth of the tunnel,the thrust,tunneling speed and grouting parameters of the shield machine maintain stable fluctuations within a certain range.The frequency of slurry pressure of shield machine is bimodal normal distribution,and the frequency of thrust and tunneling speed is single peak normal distribution.There is a strong correlation between slurry pressure and cutter head torque,and between secondary grouting pressure and secondary grouting volume.There is a medium correlation between slurry pressure and thrust,secondary grouting pressure,secondary grouting volume,between thrust and cutter head torque.
