基于智能手机的隧道衬砌敲击法检测技术的研发 被引量:5

摘要 敲击法存在人工判识受个人经验影响大、测试数据无法留存、受现场噪声影响大、判定基准不明等问题。为此,研发了基于智能手机的隧道衬砌敲击法检测技术。该检测技术采用专用的激振装置,以智能手机为数据采集、处理和分析平台,敲击信号的采集、降噪、结果判定均有相应的算法及软件。经模型试验验证,并在郑万、张吉怀、成自、自宜等多条高速铁路隧道中应用,该检测技术实用性强,检测结果准确可靠。 There are some problems in the percussion method,such as manual identification is greatly affected by personal experience,test data cannot be retained,greatly affected by field noise,unclear judgment basis and so on.Therefore,a tunnel lining percussion detection technology based on smart phone is developed.The detection technology adopts a special vibration excitation device and takes a smart phone as the data acquisition,processing and analysis platform.There are corresponding algorithms and software for the acquisition,noise reduction and result judgement of percussing signal.It has been verified by model test and has been applied in many high speed railway tunnels under construction,such as Zhengzhou-Chongqing,Zhangjiajie-Jishou-Huaihua,Chengdu-Zigong,Zigong-Yibin etc.,the detection technology has strong practicability and accurate and reliable detection results.
