产业融合促进了制造业转型升级吗?——基于先进制造业与现代服务业融合的视角

Does Industrial Integration Promote the Transformation and Upgrading of Manufacturing Industry?——From the Perspective of the Integration of Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Modern Service Industry

先进制造业与现代服务业的深度融合是促进制造业转型升级的重要手段,从产业发展规模、产业结构、空间集聚和发展速度四个维度构建两业融合指标体系,利用耦合评价模型分别测算2003—2018年中国31个省两业融合水平;从产业结构、质量效益、创新能力、两化融合和环境保护五个维度建立制造业转型升级指标体系,利用熵权法确定指标权重,并测算2003—2018年31个省制造业转型升级水平;采用面板空间杜宾模型、面板变系数地理加权回归研究两业融合对制造业转型升级的影响。研究发现,整体上两业融合程度呈现上升趋势,东部地区处于领先,两业融合发展不均衡现象依然存在,并呈现扩大趋势;制造业转型升级呈现良性趋势,东部地区领先,但各区域差距在缩小;两业融合对制造业转型升级存在显著的空间效应,直接效应影响大于空间效应;利用局部带宽地理加权发现这种空间效应在不同地区间存在异质性,发达地区两业融合对制造业转型升级的促进作用更显著。

To measure the degree of integration of the two industries and the level of transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and analyze the quantitative impact of the integration of the two industries on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.Firstly,Build the two industry integration index system from the four dimensions of industrial development scale,industrial structure,spatial agglomeration and development speed,use the coupling evaluation model to calculate the two industry integration level of China’s 31 provinces from 2003 to 2018;Establish the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading index system from the five dimensions of industrial structure,quality and efficiency,innovation ability,integration of informatization and industrialization,and environmental protection,and use entropy Weight method to determine the index weight,and calculate the level of manufacturing transformation and upgrading in 31 provinces from 2003 to 2018;Using the panel space Durbin model,panel variable coefficient geographically weighted regression to study the impact of the integration of the two industries on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.Research Findings:On the whole,the degree of the integration of the two industries is on the rise,the eastern region is in the lead,and the unbalanced development of the integration of the two industries still exists and shows an expanding trend;the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry presents a benign trend,the eastern region is in the lead,but the regional gap is narrowing;the integration of the two industries has a significant spatial effect on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,and the direct effect is greater than indirect effect.It is found that the spatial effect is heterogeneous in different regions,and the integration of the two industries in developed regions has a more significant role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.
