摘要
近年来随着3D打印技术的成熟,其被逐步应用于航天科技、医疗器件、文化娱乐、交通运输、教育、建筑等各个方面。介绍了3D打印机的分类,并在PC端运用SolidWorks对某船用导航天线罩建模,利用Repetier-Host分析了不同打印速度、填充密度对该天线罩理论打印时间、打印层数及使用材料的影响,为军用伪装、外场快速修补提出了一种新途径。
In recent years,with the maturity of 3D printing technology,it has been gradually applied to aerospace science and technology,medical devices,culture and entertainment,transportation,education and construction and other aspects.This paper introduces the classification of 3D printers,and uses SolidWorks to model a certain shipborne navigation radome at PC port,analyzes the effects of different printing speeds and filling density on the theoretical printing time,the number of printing layers and the materials by using Repetier-Host,which provides a new way for military camouflage and outfield quick repair.
