摘要
设计了一种船用电梯井架的布置方式,具有空间利用率高和安全性高的优点,计算了轿厢受最大偏载情况下的井架极限载荷,对极限情况下横挡滑移系数进行了校核,通过ANSYS软件建立了基于Beam188二节点梁单元的井架参数化有限元模型,求解得到井架侧面固定螺钉需要的紧固力大小、井架的应力和位移云图,对井架的安全性进行了校核。
This article designs a layout of marine elevator derrick,which has the advantages of high space utilization rate and high safety,calculates the ultimate load of the derrick under the maximum eccentric load of the car,checks the slip coefficient of the transverse block under the ultimate condition,establishes the parameterized finite element model of derrick based on Beam188 two-node beam element by means of ANSYS software,obtains the tightening force required for the fixing screws on the side of derrick,the stress and displacement contour plot of the derrick,checks the safety of the derrick.
