摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)大流行给全球的经济、社会和卫生保健带来了巨大的挑战。COVID-19后肺纤维化是部分COVID-19患者治愈后遗留的后遗症之一,预后不良,将为国家与患者家庭带来沉重负担,是目前全球呼吸专科学者关注的重点之一。本文从COVID-19后肺纤维化的概述及产生机制、诊断和治疗进行综述。
The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has brought huge challenges to the global economy,society and health care.Pulmonary fibrosis after COVID-19 is one of the sequelae of some COVID-19 patients after being cured.The poor prognosis will bring a heavy burden to the country and the patient′s family.It is currently one of the focuses of global respiratory specialists.This article reviews the overview,mechanism,diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis after COVID-19.
