摘要
中枢神经系统(CNS)受到血脑脊液屏障(BCSFB)的保护,可免受血液中有害物质的侵害。血脑脊液屏障主要由脉络丛(CP)单层上皮细胞组成,它将血源性物质与脑脊液分离。血脑脊液屏障功能障碍会诱导中枢神经系统功能紊乱,并导致多种神经系统疾病的发生。本文简要综述了血脑脊液屏障功能障碍和神经系统疾病的相关性。
The central nervous system(CNS)is protected by blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier(BCSFB)from harmful substances in the blood.The BCSFB is mainly composed of a monolayer of choroid plexus(CP)epithelial cells,which separates blood derived substances from cerebrospinal fluid.Dysfunction of blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier can induce central nervous system dysfunction and lead to a variety of nervous system diseases.This article briefly reviews the role of blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier in nervous system diseases.
