摘要
GH4169合金的组织性能对温度、变形量等热加工工艺参数十分敏感,并且镦饼过程中端面不可避免地会存在变形死区。本试验是在镦饼时采用塑性垫,经过数值模拟、锻件生产及检测,锻件的超声波水浸检测结果、晶粒度及力学性能等均满足要求。
The microstructure and properties of GH4169 alloy are very sensitive to thermal processing parameters such as temperature and deformation,and there will inevitably be a dead zone of deformation on the end face during the upsetting process.In this test,plastic pads have been used in the upsetting.After numerical simulation,forging production and testing,the ultrasonic water immersion test results,grain size and mechanical properties of the forgings all meet the requirements.
