摘要
以Φ530 mm大规格棒料为研究对象,采用试验和数值模拟仿真相结合的方法,对棒料锻前加热和转运空冷过程的温度随时间变化曲线进行了研究,并采用反传热法获取了空冷阶段的对流系数。结果表明:模拟过程偏差较大主要是因为忽略了实际炉内负载假料;空冷经过反传热法优化计算后,模拟曲线与实测空冷曲线拟合较好。
Taking 530 mm large-size bar as the research object,using a combination of experiment and numerical simulation,the temperature variation curve of heating before forging and air cooling in transport process of the bar along time has been studied,and the reverse heat transfer method has been used to obtain convection coefficient in the air-cooling stage.The results show that the large deviation of the simulation process is mainly because the actual dummy material loaded in furnace is ignored;after the air cooling has been optimized and calculated by the inverse heat transfer method,the simulation curve fits the measured air cooling curve better.
