摘要
提升患者就医体验,已成为深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容。患者对就医的需求不仅限于专业技术能力,更关注医务人员服务态度、责任意识、就医的舒适感与便利感。医护人员要转变服务理念,树立主动服务的意识,及时与患者进行沟通。针对当前医患沟通不够顺畅的问题,医院要从患者就医需求的角度出发进行优化改善。
Improving medical experience has become an important content of deepening the reform of the medical and health system.Patients'demands for medical care are not limited to professional skills but pay more attention to the service attitude,responsibility,comfort,and convenience.Medical staff should change their service concept,establish their awareness of active service and communicate with patients in time.To solve the problem of poor communication between doctors and patients,the hospital should optimize and improve from the perspective of patients'medical needs.
