急性白血病患儿照顾者获益感及影响因素分析

Analysis on Benefit Finding and Influencing Factors of Caregivers of Children with Acute Leukemia

目的了解急性白血病患儿照顾者获益感现状并分析其影响因素,为临床护理干预提供参考依据。方法选取杭州市某三级甲等医院及温州市某三级甲等医院145例急性白血病患儿照顾者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、获益感量表、简易应对方式量表、领悟社会支持量表进行调查。结果急性白血病患儿照顾者获益感总均分为3.54±0.71分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性格类型(外向型和中间型)、患儿病情状况、积极应对方式、社会支持是患儿照顾者获益感的主要影响因素。结论急性白血病患儿照顾者获益感处于中等水平,医护人员应当关注患儿照顾者获益感的影响因素,及时采取针对性的干预措施。

Objective To learn the benefit finding status of caregivers of children with acute leukemia and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing intervention.Methods 145 caregivers of children with acute leukemia in a tertiary A hospital in Hangzhou and a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wenzhou were selected as the research objects.General information questionnaire,benefit finding scale,simple coping style scale and perceived social support scale were used.Results The total average benefit finding of caregivers of children with acute leukemia was 3.54±0.71 points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that personality types(extroverted and intermediate),children's condition,active coping styles,and social support were the main factors influencing the benefit finding of the children's caregivers.Conclusion The benefit finding of caregivers of children with acute leukemia was at a moderate level.Medical staff should pay attention to the factors that affect the benefit finding of children caregivers and take timely targeted intervention measures.
