可吸收止血材料在剖宫产术中的应用与效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Absorbable Hemostatic Materials in Cesarean Section

目的分析评价两种可吸收止血材料在剖宫产术中的应用及效果。方法选取在剖宫产术中分别单独使用胶原蛋白海绵(胶原蛋白组)或羧甲基纤维素钠纱布(纤维素组)的患者作为研究对象,对比分析两种耗材应用的有效性、安全性和经济性。结果两组手术总时长、止血耗材费用、止血耗材数量组间比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论胶原蛋白海绵、羧甲基纤维素钠纱布在剖宫产术中应用各有优势,建议临床医生根据患者实际情况合理选择止血耗材。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application and effect of two absorbable hemostatic materials in cesarean section.Methods The patients who used collagen sponge(collagen group)or sodium carboxymethyl cellulose gauze(cellulose group)only during cesarean section were selected as the research objects,and the effectiveness,safety and economy of the application of the two consumables were compared and analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the total operation time,cost of hemostatic consumables,and the number of hemostatic consumables(p<0.05).Conclusion Collagen sponge and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose gauze have their own advantages in the application of cesarean section.It is recommended that clinicians choose hemostatic consumables reasonably according to the actual situation of the patient.
