摘要
医务工作者的职业声望与其工作满意度之间存在巨大落差,原因是医务工作者兼有生存需求和职业发展需求的双重职业特点,无法规避地衍生出医务工作者的执业困惑。剖解的方法从患者和医务工作者双向进行:医务工作者以自信心和亲和力应对患者就诊时的疑虑,以专业的诊疗服务能力打消患者的就诊信任度存疑,同时在患者就诊时明示治疗费用,以避免与患者发生经济纠葛。
There is a huge gap between the professional prestige of medical staff and their job satisfaction.The reason is that medical staff have the dual professional characteristics of both survival needs and professional development needs,which inevitably derive the practice confusion of medical staff.The analysis is carried out on both patients and medical staff.The results showed that the medical staff responded to the doubts of the patients with self-confidence and kindness,and used the professional diagnosis and treatment service ability to dispel doubts of patients about trust.Meanwhile,clearly indicating the treatment cost when the patient visits was used to avoid economic entanglements with patients.
