摘要
目的:研究来凤凤菊茎叶多糖的脱色纯化工艺。方法:以来凤凤菊茎叶为对象,选取HPD-100、D101、AB-8、HPD-400、DM130和ADS-7共6种树脂以及DEAE-52纤维素,以脱色率和保留率为指标,比较7种树脂在来凤凤菊茎叶多糖脱色方面的性能,以及OH-型、Cl^(-)型和HCO_(3)^(-)型DEAE-52纤维素对多糖的纯化效果。结果:DEAE-52纤维素脱色和纯化效果最佳,脱色率为91.84%,保留率为91.66%,HCO_(3)^(-)型分离效果好,得到7个主要成分。结论:DEAE-52纤维素适用于来凤凤菊茎叶多糖脱色,HCO_(3)^(-)型的DEAE-52纤维素色谱法用于来凤凤菊茎叶多糖的脱色纯化效果好,值得进一步研究并应用于生产实践。
Objective:Investigate the purification technology of polysaccharides from Dendranthema indicum var.aromaticum stem and leaves(Replace the following with the letter D).Methods:With the decolorization rate and retention rate of D as indexes,static absorption factor experiment is used for the optimization of seven kinds of resin.The purification effects of DEAE-52 cellulose(OH^(-),Cl^(-),HCO_(3)^(-))on D are observed.Results:DEAE-52 cellulose is the best.The decolorization rate of D is 91.84%,the polysaccharides retention rate is 91.66%.D is separated into 7 components by DEAE-52 cellulose(HCO_(3)^(-))column.Conclusion:The decolorization effect of DEAE-52 cellulose is the best.D separated by DEAE-52 cellulose(HCO_(3)^(-))column significantly,which is worthy of further development and utilization.
