摘要
目的:考察影响车前草中大车前苷提取的因素,优选大车前苷的最佳提取工艺参数。方法:采用HPLC法测定车前草中大车前苷含量,并通过单因素试验考察溶剂种类、溶剂浓度、提取方法、提取时间和溶剂用量对车前草中大车前苷提取量的影响。结果:大车前苷最佳提取工艺为60%甲醇作为提取溶剂,样品与溶剂质量体积比1∶60(g/ml),回流法提取45 min。结论:该提取工艺简单有效,易于操作,可为工业化生产提供参考。
Objective:Through the investigation of factors affecting the extraction of plantamajoside from plantain herb,optimum extraction technology of plantamajoside is optimized.Methods:The content of plantamajoside in plantain herb is determined by HPLC,and the influence of solvent type,solvent concentration,extraction method,extraction time and solvent dosage on the extraction process of plantamajoside in plantain herb is investigated by single factor.Results:The best extraction technology of plantamajoside is 60 times 60% methanol and reflux extraction for 45 min.Conclusion:The extraction technology is simple,effective and easy to operate,which can be used for reference in industrial production.
