膨胀阻燃高密度聚乙烯抗紫外老化改性 被引量:4

摘要 针对膨胀阻燃高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),试验研究了抗氧剂1010、光稳定剂WG-944及紫外线吸收剂UV-531分别对其老化性能的影响。通过对老化过程中试样的化学结构、力学性能、阻燃性能和热性能的试验分析,研究发现紫外老化会使得膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)向材料表面迁移,同时使得HDPE基体发生降解和氧化。抗氧剂1010、光稳定剂WG-944及紫外线吸收剂UV-531的加入使老化28 d的材料拉伸延伸率保留率从46.37%分别提升到了58.21%,77.93%和60.26%,极限氧指数(LOI)从24.7%分别提升到26.7%,26.3%,25.6%,其中抗氧剂1010、光稳定剂WG-944的加入使材料UL-94等级仍能够保持V-2等级,光稳定剂WG-944的加入使材料具有更高的热稳定性。结果表明,光稳定剂WG-944的添加对于提升膨胀阻燃HDPE的抗紫外老化效果最好。 The effects of antioxidant 1010, light stabilizer WG-944 and ultraviolet absorber UV-531 on aging performance of flame-retardant HDPE were studied. Chemistry structure, mechanical properties, flame retardant properties and thermal properties of the samples during the aging process were tested, revealing that UV aging causes the intumescent flame retardant(IFR) to migrate to the surface of the materials, at the same time HDPE is degraded and oxidized. Respectively, the addition of antioxidant 1010, light stabilizer WG-944 and ultraviolet absorber UV-531 increases the retention of tensile elongation of the material after 28 d of aging, from 46.37% to 58.21%, 77.93%, 60.26% respectively, the limiting oxygen index(LOI) is increased from 24.7% to 26.7%, 26.3%, 25.6% respectively. The addition of antioxidant 1010 and light stabilizer WG-944 enables the UL-94 grade of the material still maintain at the V-2 grade, and the addition of light stabilizer WG-944 enables the material has a higher thermal stability. The results show that the addition of light stabilizer WG-944 is the best for improving the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of intumescent flame-retardant HDPE.
