辣椒新品种豫红99的选育

Breeding of a new hot pepper variety Yuhong 99

豫红99是以自交系ZXH168为母本、自交系ZXL99为父本杂交选育而成的辣椒杂交1代新品种。该品种在河南露地种植表现为中早熟,生长势强,抗逆性强,生育期152.5 d。果实牛角形,果面光滑,果实纵径14.8 cm,果实横径4.7 cm,果肉厚度0.28 cm,青熟果绿色,老熟果红色,辣味中等,鲜果维生素C质量分数2135.0 mg·kg^(-1),辣椒红素质量分数285.6μg·g^(-1),坐果能力强,平均单株结果数23.5个,平均单果质量50.4 g,平均667 m2产量3686.2 kg。田间对病毒病、炭疽病和疫病的抗性较强。适宜于河南、安徽、湖北等地春季露地栽培。2018年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。

Yuhong 99 is a new F1 hybrid hot pepper variety developed by ZHX 168 as female parent and ZXL 99 as male parent.In Henan Province,this variety shows mid-early maturity,strong growth vigor and strong resistance to adversity.The whole growth period is 152.5 days.The fruit is cow-horn shaped with smooth surface.Its fruit is 14.8 cm in length,4.7 cm in width,0.28 cm in pulp thickness.Its unmatured fruit is dark green in color,and the matured one is red in color.The vitamin C content of fresh fruit is 2135.0 mg·kg^(-1),the capsanthin content of fresh fruit is 285.6μg·g^(-1).The fruit setting ability is strong,each plant can produce 23.5 fruits,the average single fruit weight is about 50.4 g,with a yield of 3686.2 kg per 667 m2.It is resistant to virus,Phytophthora blight and anthracnose.It is suitable for spring open field cultivation in Henan Province,Anhui Province and Hubei Province.
